Joan AI in Claude

Joan AI is now available as a connector in Claude, giving you access to Joan's workplace management features directly in your Claude conversations. With Joan AI in Claude, you can book meeting rooms, reserve desks, manage visitor invitations, and more — all through natural conversation, without switching to a separate app.

Step 1: Admin setup

Before anyone on your team can use Joan AI in Claude, your organization admin needs to enable it org-wide.

  1. Sign in to your Claude admin account.
  2. Go to Admin settings → Connectors.
  3. Find Joan AI under the Directory section.
  4. Enable Joan AI for your organization.

Once enabled, the connector becomes available for all users in your organization to activate individually.

Step 2: User setup

After your admin has enabled Joan AI, each user needs to connect it to their own Claude account.

  1. Sign in to Claude.
  2. Open your account settings and go to Connectors.
  3. Find Joan AI and click to enable it.
  4. Sign in with your Joan account when prompted.

Once connected, Joan AI is active in your Claude conversations.

Getting started

Start a conversation in Claude and simply ask Joan to help. No commands to memorize — just describe what you need.

Examples:

  • "Book a meeting room for tomorrow at 10 AM."
  • "Reserve a desk for me on Friday."
  • "Invite a visitor for next Monday at 9 AM."
  • "Find an available room for the next two hours."

Tips

Joan AI works across your Claude conversations, so you can combine workplace actions with everything else you use Claude for. As Joan AI continues to evolve, more capabilities will become available.
