While Joan's cloud hosted customers will see their Joan devices update automatically, on-premises customers will have to do this manually, with the option of choosing which firmware they want to run and setting their own schedule for the firmware upgrade.
Check if your device is running the latest firmware version. Using your browser, log into the Visionect Software Suite control panel:

Open the device list pane. You will see the firmware version displayed next to a device. The firmware versions are numbered sequentially; if your device is not running the latest version, then please select the device, click “Change” and select the new version of the firmware from the drop-down menu. Click “Save.” To start the firmware upgrade process click “Reboot device.”
