If you see "Could not connect: Connection refused" error on the device. Please make sure to check the default URL on the VSS.
To check the default URL please follow this below steps to change the Default URL:

Log into the Visionect dashboard with your browser:

http://{your_joan_server_ip}:8081

Username: admin

Password: admin123 (*in versions above 3.x.x. you are required to select your password)

- Go under "Settings".
- Under section "HTML Backend" you will see "Default URL"
- Paste this following address "https://master.joan.vnct.xyz/uuid/{uuid}/" and click on the blue "Save" button.
- After that click on the "Devices", select the device with the issue and click on "Refresh content".
