After you successfully install the Joan mobile app on your mobile device and log into it with your Joan Portal account, you are able to see the rooms that you have access to and are able to book.
At this step, you are able to see the room availability and current and upcoming meetings for the rooms that you have access to.
You can select the time slot you would like to reserve a certain meeting room for and click on a + sign next to its name.
After clicking on "BOOK NOW" you are able to see the booking you just made, as well as invite other people to it, end the meeting or extend it, as necessary.
If you click on "+ INVITE PEOPLE", you are also able to search for and add people in your group to the meeting you have just created.
After the invite is sent, the person you invited to the meeting will receive a notification like this:
