If your Joan device is displaying the following message:
“Please visit your Joan Portal to resolve this issue!”
It doing so because there seem to be some outstanding payments for your current subscription or your subscription is no longer active, which caused the device to appear and be flagged as unauthorized.
In order to resolve this, you will need to do a few things:
- Pay any outstanding bills you may have for Joan services
- Update your billing information
Once all payments have been successfully processed and your subscription is active once more, the device will automatically refresh and remove the notification message and begin displaying your resource’s schedule.
