Firewall Configuration for Joan Devices and MyJoan Portal

If you have any firewall rules in place, you may need to whitelist the following IP addresses to ensure proper operation of Joan devices and the MyJoan portal.

 

Joan server

Joan devices connect directly to our cloud servers to display the user interface in real time.
To ensure connectivity, please allow outbound TCP connections on port 11113 to the nearest server from the list below:

we3.gw.getjoan.com: 35.189.234.129 - Europe cloud hosting

wu.gw.getjoan.com: 104.198.13.54 - West US cloud hosting

eu3.gw.getjoan.com: 35.185.27.220 - East US cloud hosting

hongkong1.gw.getjoan.com: 35.220.133.199 - Honk Kong cloud hosting

 

Note: If these firewall rules are not configured, Joan devices will not be able to maintain a connection with the server and will go offline.

 

MyJoan portal

The MyJoan portal communicates with your calendar system using the following IP addresses. If you are using an on-premise calendar (e.g., Exchange), you must allow inbound and outbound TCP traffic on ports 80 and 443 from these IPs:

Note: Without proper firewall rules, the MyJoan portal will not be able to sync with your calendar, which may result in device schedule issues.
