Your company just installed its first Joan device and now you wish to give all your co-workers instructions on how to use it? No worries, all you have to do is visit your Joan Portal and navigate to the “Introduce Joan” feature. We’ve already prepared the message for you, all you need to do now is to upload your contact list and send it away.
To do so, please follow these steps:
- Log in to Joan Portal with your account credentials
- Navigate to the “Settings” page via the top navigation menu
- Select “Introduce Joan” from the left-hand side menu (or navigate to the following link)
- Choose whether you wish to send the email to “One recipient” or “Multiple recipients”
- If “Multiple recipients” is selected, make sure that you Upload a comma-separated file (CSV ) with no header row. Insert each co-worker's email address per each row.
