Provide the email address you created a Joan Portal account with, and you will receive an email that will allow you to set a new password.
Otherwise, if you wish to just change your current password, you can do that in the “Account settings” section of the Joan Portal.
How to change your password
- On the “Account” settings page, you will notice two sections “Change login email” and “Change password”
- In the “Change password” form, first, input your current password
- Then, enter your new password in the “Password” field and retype it in the following “Repeat password” field
- Click “Save”
- You will receive a pop-up window prompt, asking if you wish to proceed with the change. If yes, click the “YES, change my password!” button. Otherwise, click “No!” and you will be redirected back to the account settings page to revisit your entry
Once you click “YES, change my password!” the Joan Portal will take a second to update your information and inform you as soon as it is done. This process should take no longer than a few seconds.
