How do I cancel my current subscription?

We are sad to see you go! If you no longer require the use of your Joan subscription, then you can cancel it with a few simple clicks.

Room booking:

  1. Navigate to the “Manage” page via the top navigation menu
  2. Select “Devices” from the left-hand side menu
  3. A table of all your devices will be visible. Select the checkbox next to ''Device'' to select all devices from the list
  4. A new “Unpair” button will appear above the table. Click it.

Desk booking:

  1. Navigate to ''Settings''
  2. Click on ''Desk booking'' on the left-hand menu
  3. Click on the toggle button to disable Desk booking.
