User licenses:
User licenses are automatically assigned to any MyJoan account that has been added to the portal and logged in. They are required if the added user would like to use any of the functionalities of the web or mobile MyJoan app. This includes room booking, desk booking, creating visitor invites or receiving MyJoan notifications.
If a user is only added to the organization, but they do not log in or utilize the service, they will not count towards the user license allocation.
Device licenses:
A device license is required for the functionality of any device that is paired to your MyJoan account using the pairing PIN.
