What is it?
This integration connects Joan’s workplace management and room display solutions with Prism by JLL (Building Engines)—a leading commercial real estate (CRE) platform for property and facility management.
With this integration, Joan Room devices and other supported hardware display real-time room availability and booking data pulled directly from Prism’s scheduling system. While all bookings continue to be managed through Prism, Joan and supported third-party displays act as dedicated room displays, showing up-to-date schedules right at the door.

Note: This is currently a one-way integration—Joan and other supported displays show bookings from Prism, but due to the approval flows used in Prism, events cannot be created on the spot.
