Joan Labs

If you wish to be the first one to try out our new features and influence the next big addition to the Joan system, then you should join the Joan Labs program.

By opting into the program, you will gain access to all Beta features in the Joan Portal and also provide some feedback to our team.

How to sign up for Joan Labs

1. Log in to Joan Portal with your account credentials
2. Navigate to the “Labs” page via the top navigation menu
3. Tick the rectangle next to “Yes, sign us up!”
4. Enter your email address
5. Select the features you would want us to add to the Joan system
6. If you have a feature or functionality in mind that we did not include, write it in the field below the list
7. Click “Save”

And that’s it! You are now officially a member of the Joan Labs. All Beta and new features will be unlocked for you in the Joan Portal.
