Changing your Exchange password

Have you perhaps changed your login password to Exchange recently? No problem! Just make sure to change the password in the Joan portal as well.

Log into your Joan Portal account. Afterwards, navigate to "Settings" and then on the left side, click on "Calendar". Afterwards, you will see the Exchange information below. Change the password in both "Password" and "Password confirmation" fields with the new one and click on "Check connection and connect"
