Are you tired of paying for your subscription every month? Our knowledge base article can help you switch to yearly billing so you can save time and money.
Please note that it is not possible to switch from yearly to monthly billing if you do not have a credit card added to your account.
1. Log in to my.getjoan.com
2. Navigate to Settings -> Plans & Billing
3. In the "Subscription plans" section, find the plan you would like to change
4. Click on Modify plan
5. You will see the overview of the current plan, including the payment dynamics. Click "Change" on the right side of the plan
6. Click the "Billed Yearly" button. Select the desired plan.
7. Your choice will be automatically saved and you will be redirected to the plan overview page
If your preferred payment method is payment via a reseller, you won't be able to perform the above action(s).
