How to change from monthly to yearly billing?

Are you tired of paying for your subscription every month? Our knowledge base article can help you switch to yearly billing so you can save time and money.

Please note that it is not possible to switch from yearly to monthly billing if you do not have a credit card added to your account.

Room booking subscription

1. Log in to portal.getjoan.com

2. Navigate to Settings -> Plans & Billing

3.. Select Change subscription plan

4. Click Billed yearly and Get __selected plan___

5. Double-check if the license amount matches the paired devices on your account

6. Click Confirm.

Desk booking subscription

1. Log in to office.getjoan.com

2. Navigate to Settings -> Plans & Billing

3.. Select Change desk booking plan

4. Click Billed yearly and Get __selected plan___

5. Double-check if the license amount matches the number of users on your account

6. Click Confirm.

 

If your preferred payment method is payment via a reseller, you won't be able to perform the above action(s).
