How to change your Joan subscription plan?

Want to have access to those extra features and functionalities or wish to change the billing period? No problem!

Upgrading your subscription plan takes only a few clicks.

How to change your subscription plan

  1. Log in to MyJoan with your account credentials
  2. Navigate to the “Settings” page via the top navigation menu
  3. Select “Plans & Billing” from the left-hand side menu
  4. Navigate to the “Subscription plans” section, and you will see your current plans
  5. Click the “Modify plan” button
  6. A new page will open and you will be able to see the details of the plan
  7. You will be able to change the number of licenses on this page
  8. Click on the “Change” and decide which billing dynamics and subscription plan you want to have. You can decide between monthly and billing yearly dynamics. Clicking on each option will give you the price estimate for each plan, per device.
  9. Click on the blue button under the option you want to activate. In case you want a customized plan, click on the "Contact Sales" button at the bottom of the page
  10. You will be forwarded to a confirmation page. Here, you will see the cost structure of your plan based on the chosen plan, the number of paired devices, and tax if applicable. Click “Confirm” once you are ready

And that’s it! You have successfully upgraded your subscription plan.

Important note: Unfortunately, changing the currency of your subscription (EUR or USD) is not possible while you have an active subscription plan. If you would like to change the currency, you will need to reach out to support@getjoan.com.
