How to edit your Joan subscription plan?

Want to have access to those extra features and functionalities or wish to change the billing period? No problem!

Upgrading your subscription plan takes only a few clicks.

How to increase the amount of licenses

  1. Log in to MyJoan with your admin credentials
  2. Navigate to the “Settings” page via the top navigation menu
  3. Select “Plans & Billing” from the left-hand side menu and you will see your current plan and amount of licenses.
  4. Add the desired amount of user or device licenses and click the "Update order" button
  5. You will be able to review your order before confirming it at the bottom of the page.
  6. Once the order is confirmed you will be returned to the overview of your updated subscription.

How to upgrade your subscription plan

Since our subscription tiers have a maximum amount of licenses per plan, you will need to upgrade your plan if you choose to have more than currently available maximum licenses. This is done by simply increasing the amount of licenses to the desired amount by following the steps described above. Once the order is submitted, if the amount of licenses exceeds the maximum available amount, a member of our team will be in touch to help upgrade your plan to better match your needs.

And that’s it! You have successfully upgraded your subscription plan.

How to decrease the amount of licenses or downgrade a plan

Downgrading your subscription can be done by following these steps:

  1. Log in to MyJoan with your admin credentials
  2. Navigate to the “Settings” page via the top navigation menu
  3. Select “Plans & Billing” from the left-hand side menu.
  4. Under the "Modify plan" button, there is a link to a form.
  5. After submitting the form, our sales team will perform the request.

Important note: Unfortunately, changing the currency of your subscription (EUR or USD) is not possible while you have an active subscription plan. If you would like to change the currency, you will need to reach out to support@getjoan.com.
