How to Enable Your Visitor Notifications?

Ensuring that your visitors receive necessary notifications about their invitation is crucial. That's why you can configure the invitation and welcome emails as per your preference.

Configure the Invitation email settings

By enabling the Invitation email, your visitors will receive an email notification once they are invited to your company. The additional features included in each email can be enabled separately. The feature options are:

  • Show visit details and host name 
  • Show location - you can also include a Google Maps directions link 
  • Easy check-in - by enabling this feature, visitors can pre-register and then simply scan a received QR code in the office for automatic check-in, resulting in a faster and smoother check-in process
  • Additional info - in case you want to include extra details in the invitation/welcome email such as the WiFi password or the location of the meeting room

Configure the Welcome email settings

By enabling the Invitation email, your visitors will receive an email notification once they check in to their invitation. The additional features included in each email can be enabled separately. The feature options are:

  • Show visit details and host name 
  • Show location - you can also include a Google Maps directions link 
  • Attach signed document - once the visitor checks in, they will receive a copy of the document they signed
  • Additional info - in case you want to include extra details in the welcome email such as the WiFi password or the location of the meeting room
