How to redeem your prepaid subscription code?

Got your prepaid code, but you aren't sure how to use it? No problem! This article will help you out.

Once you have purchased a prepaid code from our sales team or from your reseller, you can now redeem it in the MyJoan:

To do so, follow these steps:

1. Log in to the MyJoan account with your account credentials
2. Navigate to the “Settings” page via the top navigation menu
3. Select “Plans & Billing” from the left-hand side menu
4. On the right side, there will be a Prepaid code field
   
   
5. By default, the code will get activated automatically. By clicking on the Code activation date, you will be able to activate the code with today's date, from the beginning of the month, or from a custom date. 
6. Once the code is typed in and the date selected, click “Redeem code”
7. The MyJoan will process the code and your subscription will be activated
