How to remove a device from MyJoan account

If you no longer to use a particular Joan device or wish to refresh some of its settings, you can do so by unpairing it from MyJoan account.

How to unpair a device

  1. Log in to MyJoan with your account credentials
  2. Navigate to the “Settings” -> ”Rooms
  3. Select “Devices” from the left-hand side menu
  4. Select one or more devices that you would like to unpair
  5. Click on the ”Selected dropdown button
  6. Select the ”Unpair” option
  7. Once clicked, you will be prompted to either confirm or deny the action. If you wish to continue with unpairing your devices, click “Confirm

And that’s it! You have successfully unpaired your device.

Alternatively, if you already clicked on the device and the "Edit device" interface is opened, you can click on Unpair device button.
