You can easily change the language of your MyJoan portal to make navigation more comfortable. Follow the steps below to update your language preferences:
How to change your MyJoan account language
1. Log in to your MyJoan account at my.getjoan.com
2. Go to Settings, then click on Account in the left-hand menu, and open the Profile settings.
3. Scroll down to the Preferred language section and open the drop-down menu.
4. Select the language you prefer.
5. Click Save at the bottom of the page.
You’re all set! Your preferred language has now been applied to the MyJoan interface, making navigation easier and more comfortable.
Important note
The selected language applies only to the MyJoan desktop portal.
It does not affect the Joan mobile app or Joan meeting room booking devices.
