Do you ship to my country?

Definitely! Joan ships worldwide.

When will my order ship?

We will ship your package as fast as possible, usually within 1–2 business days after your order.  If you would like to know more about the estimated lead times, please visit the product page of the specific device. The actual lead time is listed there and is being continuously updated. 

Upon receiving your order, our customer service team is going to keep you updated with your order and shipping statuses.

What payment methods can I use?

The Joan store accepts most major credit cards such as Visa®, MasterCard®, and American Express®. You can also pay via PayPal.

Do you have a Money-Back Guarantee?

Yes. We offer a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee so you can test out the product and really make sure it fits all your company needs. If at any time within 30 days of receiving your Joan, you are not 100% satisfied, you may return it to us for a refund. No questions asked.

Can Joan devices be ordered in bulk?

Yes, you can make bulk orders, and shipping costs are dependent on the total weight of the package. Before placing a large order, please contact us at info@getjoan.com, so that we can give you the best deal possible.

Can I check my order status?

When you make your purchase, you will receive an email with your order details. After the package is shipped, you will receive an additional email with a tracking number.

I need to change my order details, what should I do?

To change any order details (i.e., credit card info, address, billing address, etc.), please contact us at info@getjoan.com and we will take care of it.

What are my VAT/importing costs?

We do not cover any importing costs for orders placed through our Joan Store. VAT costs depend on local legislation and are the responsibility of the customer, as all Joan products are provided at a net price.
