Plans & Billing settings

The Plans & Billing segment of the settings provides you with complete control over Subscription plans, Billing information and Joan Credits.

To navigate to the Plans&Billing page, simply log in to your MyJoan account, click on "Settings" in the top menu, and "Plans&Billing" on the left-side menu. Here, you will be able to see and manage the following details:

Company details

The “Company details” section provides control over your billing details, payment details, and payment methods.

To edit your company details, click on the blue "Edit company details" button. You will be prompted to fill in the company details. Make sure to fill in all the mandatory fields, which are marked by the star (*). 

Here you can also manage payment methods by clicking on the indicated button. Subscriptions for Joan services can be paid with a credit card, prepaid code, or direct bank transfer/invoice.

Payment via invoice is possible only for annual subscription plans valued over 5,0000 in any of the supported currencies (EUR, GBP, USD, AED). If you meet those conditions, please reach out to sales@getjoan.com to further review the options.

Subscription plans

In this section, you will be able to see what is the details of your current subscription plan as well as have the option to modify your current plan.

The information about your current plan consists of:

  • Plan type
  • Status
  • Number of licenses and active devices/users
  • Billing period
  • Price
  • Amount
  • Total cost
  • Next billing date

Each plan can be modified by clicking on "Modify" button. Here, you can change the subscription plan, billing dynamics (monthly or yearly) and number of licenses. The overview of changes, including price, will be displayed, so just click on "Confirm" to save your selection.

Invoices

On the bottom of the page, you will find the Invoices section. Last 5 invoices are visible, together with their date, amount, status and name with the link to a specific invoice. To see older invoices, simply click on "Show all invoices".
