      ProDVX integration

      Note: This feature is currently available on all subscription plans.

      By integrating ProDVX devices with the Joan on Tablet solution, you can leverage the LED indicator lights on your ProDVX device to display room availability instantly. This integration helps eliminate confusion and reduces the risk of double bookings by providing clear, real-time room status.

      Requirements for Integration:

      How to integrate a ProDVX device with Joan

      Once your ProDVX device is connected to the internet, follow these steps to integrate it with Joan on Tablet:

      1. Connect Joan to Your Tablet:
        • Open the https://tablet.getjoan.com/ URL on your ProDVX device.
        • Enter the PIN code displayed on the device to pair it with your MyJoan account.

      Complete the ProDVX integration

      To enable the LED light functionality on your ProDVX device, follow these steps to generate and share an API token:

      1. Log in to the ProDVX Portal:

        • Access the ProDVX Portal and log in using your credentials.

      2. Navigate to the API Section:

        • Click the menu icon (three horizontal lines in the top left corner) and select ProDVX API from the dropdown.

      3. Generate a Device Key:

        • On the ProDVX API page, enter a name for your device and click the GET button to generate an API token.
        • Save the API token once it is generated.

      4. Share the API Token with Us:

        • Please click on the following Webform, enter the required information and submit it.

      Once we receive this information, we will finalize the integration and notify you shortly.

      What Happens After the Integration?

      Once the integration is complete, your ProDVX device will be fully connected to Joan on Tablet. You will be able to manage meeting room bookings effortlessly, and the ProDVX LED lights will automatically reflect room availability, providing a seamless experience for all users.
