I’d like to cancel my Joan order. What should I do?

If your plans have changed and you have decided to cancel your Joan order, please contact us at for details. If you cancel your order before shipping, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the shipping costs. Read more here.


How can I return a device?

If your device for any reason has a manufacturing defect that is covered by our Warranty, we will replace the Joan device completely free of charge. Read more about returning Joan in our Warranty & Returns Policy.

Before sending anything back, please contact us at for return authorization. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns without prior authorization.


The package I received was damaged. What should I do?
