I’d like to cancel my Joan order. What should I do?

If your plans have changed and you have decided to cancel your Joan order, please contact us at info@getjoan.com for details. If you cancel your order before shipping, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the shipping costs. Read more here.

 

How can I return a device?

If your device for any reason has a manufacturing defect that is covered by our Warranty, we will replace the Joan device completely free of charge. Read more about returning Joan in our Warranty & Returns Policy.

Before sending anything back, please contact us at support@getjoan.com for return authorization. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns without prior authorization.

 

The package I received was damaged. What should I do?

This very rarely happens and is beyond our control but please let us know within 8 days of receiving your device if you notice any damage so we can investigate. To find out more about returning a product read our Warranty & Returns Policy or contact us at info@getjoan.com for more assistance.
