The previously created assets in your MyJoan app are bookable resources that will help your employees communicate better in sharing the equipment within your company.
There are 2 possible ways of booking the asset within your organization:
- through the MyJoan
- through the MyJoan mobile application
Booking an asset through the web browser
In order to book the asset through the web browser, please follow the next steps:
- Log in to MyJoan and click on Schedule
- Go to Parking & Assets
- Select the Asset type you wish to book and click on the preferred date
- Choose the preferred day and time
- Click Create
And that is it! You have successfully created a reservation.
Booking an asset through the mobile application
In order to book the asset through the application, please follow the next steps:
- Log in to your account in the MyJoan mobile application
- On the Home page of the application, select I want to book an - Asset
- Choose the preferred day and time
- Choose the location
- Choose the asset type
- Pick the wanted asset
- Click on confirm reservation
And that is it! You have successfully created a reservation.
