Subscription management via reseller

If you buy and use our services through a Joan reseller, it's recommended to make sure your Joan Portal account is set up correctly for a seamless experience.

If you wish to stop receiving payment reminders and have them sent to your reseller instead, you can do so in the "Plans & Billing" settings.

  1. Log in to with your admin credentials
  2. Navigate to Settings and click Plans & Billing in the left-hand menu
  3. Under the “Billing Information” section, click the “Edit payment details” button
  4. A new window will appear, where you can select the payment via reseller option as shown below
  5. Once you select this option, you will need to fill in the details of the reseller you are in contact with, as shown below
  6. Click Save.

How do I top up my account with a prepaid code?

Once you have purchased a prepaid code from your reseller, you can now redeem it in the Joan Portal:

To do so, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the Joan Portal account with your account credentials
  2. Navigate to the “Settings” page via the top navigation menu
  3. Select “Plans & Billing” from the left-hand side menu
  4. Under the “Edit payment details” section, you need to select Payment via reseller and type in your code
  5. Once the code is typed in, click “Save
  6. The Joan Portal will process the code and once successful, your subscription will be activated
