If you buy and use our services through a Joan reseller, it's recommended to make sure your Joan Portal account is set up correctly for a seamless experience.
If you wish to stop receiving payment reminders and have them sent to your reseller instead, you can do so in the "Plans & Billing" settings.
- Log in to portal.getjoan.com with your admin credentials
- Navigate to Settings and click Plans & Billing in the left-hand menu
- Under the “Billing Information” section, click the “Edit payment details” button
- A new window will appear, where you can select the payment via reseller option as shown below
- Once you select this option, you will need to fill in the details of the reseller you are in contact with, as shown below
- Click Save.
How do I top up my account with a prepaid code?
Once you have purchased a prepaid code from your reseller, you can now redeem it in the Joan Portal:
To do so, follow these steps:
- Log in to the Joan Portal account with your account credentials
- Navigate to the “Settings” page via the top navigation menu
- Select “Plans & Billing” from the left-hand side menu
- Under the “Edit payment details” section, you need to select Payment via reseller and type in your code
- Once the code is typed in, click “Save”
- The Joan Portal will process the code and once successful, your subscription will be activated
