Device settings (global)

Global device settings allow you to enable/disable and adjust certain features across all your Joan devices and set the default preferences.

Keep in mind that the global device settings will be overridden by any building or device-specific settings if set. To learn more about all levels of settings in the MyJoan, click here. 

How to access and change your global settings:

1. Log in to MyJoan with your account credentials
2. Navigate to the “Settings” page via the top navigation menu
3. Select “Rooms” from the left-hand side menu
4. Go to "Device settings" like shown below
