Error notification messages that may appear on your Joan devices
Joan devices require very little maintenance while operating. If something does go wrong, they will display a notification of what might be wrong and how to resolve it.
The following list contains all of the notification messages you might encounter:
- "No battery"
- "No Wi-Fi" (only on Joan 6 devices)
- Room resource is not connected to the Joan device
- “Please visit your Joan Portal to resolve this issue!”
- "Could not pair device on this server"
